This is DX SKU 15946 flashlight shell. There are no electronics inside, it is sold as an empty shell. |

I removed all the internal threads on the tail
cap and the body. The tail cap was lathed down so that it fits inside the body. |

I ended up removing the fins so I could have a
nice flat place for the mounting ring.
After I did this, I realized that it would be much better to not remove the fins, but move the mounting ring forward on the light body. |

Here's the P7 conversion mounted to a Marwi handle
bar mount. The glow in the dark clicky switch has 3 clicks. Click one is 1.4 amps Click two is 2.8 amps Click three is off |
