I took the middle knurled section of the flashlight
and turned it down on my lathe.
The middle section is epoxied into the flashlight head, but if you use some heat, the epoxy will loosen and you can unscrew the middle section from the head. The turned down left piece fits inside the turned down right piece and then they were glued together. |
