| Machining a new reflector for the Marwi light | |

On the left is a stock 35mm reflector and it fits
perfectly inside the Marwi bike light. The reflector needs to have the threaded area removed and the hole size increased so the SSC P7 LED will fit properly. |

This is how the reflector looks as it sits up
against the SSC P7 LED.
The black ring that surrounds the LED sits against the back side of the reflector and the LED dome protrudes into the reflector. |
Here's a shot showing how the heat sink fits snug inside the Marwi light. The heat sink draws the heat away from the LED and then it is transferred to the outer shell of the light body. This light actually runs way cooler than my P7 flashlight conversion. |
