| 01/08/2008 - Got the top and bottom parts of the frame cut. I cut three bearing block locations in each end piece so I can switch from a single screw to two screws if needed. I also cut a plate that bolts to the Y axis actuator so I can bolt the Z axis actuator to a solid one pieces backing. The old oak machine is chugging along and cutting the aluminum just fine so far. | |

| 01/16/2008 - I purchased a cool motor mount that sets the motor back 2 inches. It has a cutout on the side so you can get to the coupler screws. I machined it so that my bearing block fit down inside the motor mount. | |

| 01/05/2008 - Everything is just clamped together with wood working clamps so I could get an idea how
it will look. Still have to cut the top and bottom frame pieces where the motor and screws mount and a few cross bracing pieces here and there. | |
