Anybody see this show on HGTV?
Sheesh! The messes this guy has to clean up and fix. Not only structurally, but HVAC, AND Electrical. You agree with his assessments (and his subcontractor's assessments as well) on how bad some of them really are? Which ones? It appears that some of these are contractor problems, sometimes builder problems.

Putting aside his attitudes, Some of those wiring messes he's encountered... whoa.... too bad they can't mention names and put them out of business. (I know, legal restrictions prevent it.)

I'm helping my girlfriend remodel a house that was built in the 50's
It's amazing the half asssed workmanship you encounter when you start to peel away layers is a house.
