Vintage Guitar Magazine Attenuator

Several months ago, Vintage Guitar Magazine had an article by Gerald Weber on how to build an attenuator. It had both a layout and schematic. I ordered the parts for this project, and put it aside until I had time to do it. In the meantime, my magazine has gome missing (possibly thrown away). Does anyone out there have this article?

It's the Dec 2006 issue, so says the Telecaster Forum. Check this out, a reprint of the article w/o diagrams. But someone there redrew them:
