Just found this from one of my fav guitarists and a great guy, Randy Hansen. You gotta hear this, he is amazing. I realize he is copying Hendrix - but WOW, he is the best!

I had never heard of this guy. He's a real entertainer and does a very natural Hendrix, I think.
I was afraid he'd chew the pickups out of the thang, though!!

Wow, I saw Randy back in like 76' or so back home in Sacto. Ca. It was at a medium (for that town) sized club (Oasis Ballroom), something like a cheap 10 cover and he smoked the place. I mean back then he did this rising from floor level smoke and proceeded to put down a good 90 minutes of Hendrix better than I ever saw someone do it (yeah, Stevie was great, but truth be told Randy was/is probably closer). I've seen a few of his video's since then, hadn't seen one this new, great to see he's still out there doing it, he's a great player.
