TC Electronic Nova System - EQ Settings

Hi Guys,

No one at TC has answered this, so I figured I'd go to where the smarts are. I have one of the new TC electronic Nova systems, a real neat multi-effect setup. Here's my question:

I was wondering if anyone knew the frequencies to set for basic treble middle bass adjustments for the 3 bands. Like a Marshall tone stack. Where would I set the freq and Q for those 3 to mimic, say, a Plexy's EQ section? There's 3 bands with frequency, boost or cut, and width, which I assume is Q. I just want to set the freq's and be able to boost and cut each freq. A fender and a marshall setting would be nice.

Try the Duncan Tonestack Calculator - plug in the values for your favorite tone stack, and it will tell you at what frequencies things change.  You might find it quite difficult to get the TC EQ to behave the same way as a tone stack, but should have no problems getting individual settings correct.
