Volume fluctuating on my old Analog Delay

I don't even know the brand name. Got it for a song on Ebay 4 years ago and love it. It says AD-01 on top.

In any case that is my reverb used ever so quietly.

The problem: The volume is at the same position but it is way louder than it used to be. Play it another time and the volume is ok. I'm quite handy. Any ideas of what I could do??
