Ok, I got the spoof on Derick. But why didn't they do it on the keyboard player too? All they had was typical keyboard stuff.... ;)

Yeah, that's just about right.....poor Derek gets whacked, while the keyboard pounder & drummer (the guy who hangs out with musicians) get a pass.

I guess Derek has a better sense of humor than Yngwie Malsteen. There was a spoof like that with him and all the sites removed it due to action from Yngwie's crew. To bad it was funny too.

Those vids kill me! There's a good one on there now with Judas Priest. I need to start capturing those before they all disappear.
I saw the original Yngwie one and too bad it's gone now. It was hilarious.
There was another one with Slash making these bird sounds instead of his Heil box. That one nearly killed me and it looks like it's gone now, too. There's another one with him and a goldtop, but that's not the one I remember.
Absolutely brilliant.
Oh, and read some of the comments. It never ceases to amaze me that half the planet doesn't fall dead at any given moment from sheer stupidity.

Yeah, theres only about four typical responses on Youtube. a) Great, good job, nice playing b) You suck etc etc c) Your playing it wrong (insert sage advice here) d) Its fake e) Your gay, or (insert racial slur here). Most responses are of the b, c, d and e category usually by a poster who can't do better and offers no video example of they're own. :D What can you say, some folks don't have the brains God gave a crowbar.
Thats a funny clip though I agree.

I know!!! Halford's vocals really do it. My family thinks I'm crazy - NOBODY here sees the humor in it. And they sync it all up really well. Watching his expression and hearing the sounds they've got him making drop me straight to the floor.
It was those bird sounds they had Slash making in the other one that made that one extremely funny, too. There's something about the stupid vocalizations I guess.

Rob "the beat box" Halford make me ROFLMAO.
I think the key to keeping these funny is, the editor doesn't allow any audio unless we see it on the video.....plus it's an easy way for him to crank them out.
