After all the effort to post that stuff, guess what, I still get people emailing me with the same questions every day
I send them the page link to have a read.

That page is linked on every page on all my web sites, on the shopping cart check out screen, on the final order confirm screen and linked in all my email signatures.

But I guess it is hard to find.  icon_biggrin
